If an item is said to be sold out, we try to renew it as soon as possible.
On some sold-out items you have the possibility to click on "email me when back in stock" in order to be the first to have one when it is available again.

A contribution to the delivery cost is required for a delivery in the islands and for the accessories.

We use the secured payment solution Hipay.

Mister Football table offers you the option to pay in 3 instalments when the total amount exceeds £60 (out of delivery fees).
- By Credit Card. The 3 instalment by credit card is with NO EXTRA FEE for the customer.
Conditions of the payment in 3 instalments:
For the payment in 3 instalments, you have to select "Credit card in 3 interest-free instalments" as method of payment. The down payment is due when buying and it validates your order. The second payment will take place a month after, and the last payment a month after (two months after your order). The payments are automatically withdrawn every month and no intervention is required.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
In your account, you have a proposed invoice.
If this invoice does not suit you, you have the possibility to ask for a personalised invoice by sending an email at support@misterfootballtable.com
How works the payment by bank transfer?
You order will be shipped when the transfer is received (longer delivery time).
You have 5 days to proceed to the bank transfer (please write your name and/or order number in the object of your transfer).
The operation fee is up to you. Careful, this transfer may take several working days.

Improper delivery
To prevent any inconvenience, you must unpack and verify the conformity of the products in presence of the carrier (product condition, package condition, etc.).
Once the delivery slip signed, there is nothing we can do about it.
What should I do if the product is non-compliant at the delivery?
1) In case of any problem, you MUST express reservation on the delivery slip and refuse non-compliant products
(examples of reservation "refused, non-conform to the order", "refused, product and/or packaging destroyed")
2) It is also up to you to confirm that you refused the product and expressed reservation within 3 days after your order delivery by two ways:

- By email to the following address: support@misterfootballtable.com
This way, when refusing a product, the whole delivery fee will be at the charge of Mister Football table. The reclamation addressed after the delay of 3 days mentioned here before will not be taken into account.

According to the selected category, you have the possibility to add a filter based on several criteria.
You can also make a personalized research via the field label "find your football table".
2) See the selected product(s) thanks to the different pictures available in the product description (you just have to place your cursor on a picture and it will appear as the main picture).
You can also have more information on the product thanks to the different section available for each product: key features, description, delivery...
3) Once on the product information, click on "add to shopping cart" to add the item to your cart.
Be careful to select the mandatory option(s) if necessary.
You also have the possibility to opt for optional options on some items.
4) Inform your reduction code then click on « add to shopping cart » then register (or connect yourself if you already have an account). In case of inscription, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your password that you will have to keep.
